Sale of Kraków Municipal Transport tickets in stationary machines

Summary

The tender concerns the sale of Kraków Municipal Transport tickets through stationary ticket machines. The contractor must prepare the project plan, provide maintenance/support/service, distribute tickets and entitlements, run the complaint service point, handle payment services and cashless/cash transactions through a settlement agent, install and configure 250 brand-new stationary machines, launch the central management system, integrate it with the contracting authority’s data warehouse, and provide training. Optional scope may extend maintenance/support/service by up to 5 years, include up to 2,500 development hours, and add integration with e-hologram, UltraLight ticket media support, plastic card dispenser, and autonomous power supply. Participation requirements include relevant technical and professional experience, liability insurance of at least PLN 5,000,000, and compliance with the tender documents. Exclusion grounds include the standard Polish public procurement grounds such as insolvency, tax/social security arrears, corruption, fraud, money laundering, terrorism, sanctions, and related grounds.
