Summary

The tender concerns services for preparing, updating and monitoring quality control plans, carrying out tests, control checks and material verifications for works and finished products, both on site and in the laboratory, as well as geotechnical tests and studies needed to characterise the ground during project drafting. It also includes technical advice on the scope of quality control plans and geotechnical studies for other works and projects. The contract is divided into 4 lots for the provinces of A Coruña, Lugo, Ourense and Pontevedra. E-invoicing is required, electronic submission is required, and the price is not the only award criterion because quality counts for 51.5% and price for 48.5%.
