Summary

The tender concerns heating and cooling works, including the supply and installation of chillers, buffer tanks, plate heat exchangers, fresh water stations, piping, pumps, heat meters, ceiling radiant panels, underfloor heating, cooling units and frost-protection heating tape. The contract is awarded on the basis of price only. The bidder must meet registration, reliability, turnover, insolvency, tax/social security, experience and staffing requirements, and must provide at least 3 comparable references if requested. Missing documents may be requested later under the applicable German procurement rules.
