Summary

The tender concerns services for the maintenance and development of sensitive natural areas, greenways, parks, roadside areas and properties of the Calvados department. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers the Bayeux and Villers-Bocage areas, and Lot 2 covers the Caen and Falaise areas. The contract is a framework agreement, the price is one award criterion, and the other criteria are technical value and environmental value. Bids may be submitted for both lots, with a maximum of two lots awarded to one operator. The initial term runs until 31 December 2026 and may be renewed once for one year. The maximum value is EUR 200,000 excluding VAT per lot for the initial period, with the same amount for the possible renewal period. A social performance clause of 105 hours per year applies.
