Provision of mobile telephony services for ordinary courts

Summary

The tender concerns mobile telecommunications services for ordinary courts and related judicial institutions in Poland. The service covers voice calls, two-way data transmission and mobile internet access nationwide, in the EU and outside the EU, including SIM card supply where applicable, transfer of currently used mobile numbers and activation of new numbers from the non-guaranteed pool. Partial bids are not allowed. A bidder must be authorised to provide telecommunications services in Poland, submit the European Single Procurement Document with the bid, and later provide supporting evidence if requested. The bidder must also show technical and professional capacity by proving at least two mobile telephony services, each provided for at least 12 months and each worth at least PLN 500,000 gross, within the last 3 years or during the period of activity if shorter.
