Municipal waste collection in Warta Bolesławiecka municipality with PSZOK operation

Summary

The tender concerns the collection, transport and handling of municipal waste from the municipality of Warta Bolesławiecka, including the operation of the selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK). The contractor must also establish, maintain and operate the PSZOK and accept separately collected waste from residents. The procedure is open. The contract term is 12 months. The only award criteria are price 60%, the number of vehicles meeting EURO 6 emission standards 20%, and the number of vehicles equipped with a 360-degree camera system for real-time viewing or viewing with a delay of no more than 30 minutes 20%. Key participation requirements include registration for municipal waste collection, BDO registration for waste transport, liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000, at least two similar waste collection services worth at least PLN 1,000,000 each in the last 3 years, specific waste collection vehicles and monitoring systems, sufficient containers, a transfer base within 60 km of the municipality or in the municipality, and a PSZOK located on the contractor’s own land in the municipality.
