Energy modernisation of public utility buildings in Siemianowice Śląskie III and V

Summary

The tender concerns the energy modernisation and thermomodernisation of public buildings in Siemianowice Śląskie, split into two lots: Lot 1 covers the school and kindergarten complex at Słowackiego 5 and Brzozowa 9, and Lot 2 covers Primary School No. 3 at Szkolna 15. The works include insulation of external walls and roofs, replacement of windows and doors, drainage and paving works, entrance repairs, accessibility ramp installation, sanitary room refurbishment, demolition works, replacement of water, heating, ventilation and electrical systems, lighting replacement, and in Lot 2 also a photovoltaic installation and a complete heating substation refurbishment. The bidder must meet the experience requirement: at least one completed construction work from the last five years with external wall insulation and installation or replacement of central heating, worth at least PLN 4,500,000 gross. If bidding for both lots, the same or different works may be used, but the requirement cannot be met by simply combining resources from multiple entities.
