Framework agreement - plan management

Summary

This is a framework agreement for services covering plan management to keep floor plans and related data up to date in the GO! FMIS system, as well as point clouds and photo material in the Orbit viewer. The deliverables must comply with the existing guidelines and be fully compatible with the systems used by GO!. The tender includes one lot. E-invoicing is required. A bid bond of EUR 10,000 is required and will be released in one instalment after completion of the framework agreement. The main participation requirements are a minimum average annual turnover of EUR 400,000 over the last 3 financial years, a senior project manager with a master’s degree in surveying and at least 5 years’ experience, at least 4 staff members with at least 3 years’ experience in surveying-related work, at least 4 CAD technical draughtspersons with at least 3 years’ experience, knowledge of EN-15221-6, and experience with an FMIS system and the Orbit viewer. The bidder must also provide staff lists and several references. Exclusion grounds are checked through the European Single Procurement Document, criminal record extracts and, for foreign bidders, tax, social security and insolvency certificates.
