Expansion of the water level measurement network

Summary

The tender concerns the development, installation, operation and maintenance of a redundant system at 14 water level sites in Hannover. The contractor must plan, implement, install and commission the measurement and data transmission technology, install gauge staffs and probes including surveying, develop operating and maintenance routines, prepare operating manuals and gauge records, implement software for managing the measurement network, and operate and maintain the system for an initial two years. The award is based 50% on price and 50% on software quality. Electronic invoicing is required.
