The tender concerns services for preparing a study on updating national emission projections and identifying additional measures to reduce air pollutant emissions needed to meet Romania’s emission reduction commitments up to 2030. The contractor must deliver a report and carry out document review, emission projection updates for 2025, 2030, 2040 and 2050, dispersion modelling, and an assessment of the expected air-quality impact. Bidders must provide registration evidence, prove similar experience from the last 3 years worth at least RON 1,100,000 in total, and submit documents for subcontracting, joint bidding or third-party support if applicable. Electronic invoicing or an electronic process is required.
