The tender concerns the concession of the public sanitation service for separate collection and separate transport of household waste and similar waste from commercial, industrial and institutional activities in Sector 3 of Bucharest, including separately collected fractions. The contractor will also provide related services such as waste collection from dwellings after renovation works, bulky waste collection, waste from public events, abandoned municipal waste and waste from abandoned construction works. The estimated quantity for the first operating year is about 159,230 tonnes. The bidder must prove legal registration and professional capacity, annual turnover of at least RON 86,532,735.75 in each of the years 2022, 2023 and 2024, access to RON 18,188,154.40 for the first three months of cash flow, ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management certification, ISO 14001 or equivalent environmental management certification, and similar experience of at least 450,000 tonnes of municipal waste collection and transport services in 1 to 3 contracts over the last 3 years.
