This is a works contract for joinery works related to timber acoustic ceilings in the comprehensive refurbishment and extension of Mittelberg Primary School. The work includes about 373 m² of suspended timber slat acoustic ceiling with edge joint, various round and square cut-outs for building services installations, about 49 inspection hatches of 40 x 40 cm, about 93 m of façade-side lining of the ceiling void with three-layer boards, and 3 linings/connections to skylights. The tender is awarded on the basis of price only.
