Support for recruitment and selection of contract staff
Summary
The tender concerns support for recruiting and selecting contract staff. The contract is divided into two lots. For each lot, bidders must check the tender documents for the exact education and experience requirements for the candidates to be selected. Lot 1 concerns candidates who preferably hold a bachelor’s degree or, where applicable, a CESS certificate; if they do not have such a diploma, they must have proven experience in administrative support roles such as Management Assistant, administrative employee, HR Assistant, Facility Manager or internal procurement officer. The list is not exhaustive. Lot 2 concerns candidates who hold a bachelor’s degree or a CESS certificate or a CESI certificate; if they do not have a diploma, they must have proven experience. Examples mentioned are water treatment technician, industrial electrical maintenance technician, electromechanic, instrumentation technician, stock manager and sewer worker. This list is also not exhaustive. The tender documents must also be checked for any required proof of education, experience or other suitability and compliance evidence.
