Summary

The tender concerns a global diagnostic of collective wastewater systems for 7 systems managed by the SIEP. The contractor is expected to carry out periodic diagnostics of wastewater systems, establish a permanent diagnostic for the Etain wastewater system, and prepare a costed and prioritised action plan to correct the identified functional and structural issues. If technically and economically feasible, the contractor must also prepare a stormwater management plan as far upstream as possible to reduce stormwater entering the collection system.
