Collection, transport and treatment of municipal waste from the area of the City of Wrocław within Sector 4

Summary

The tender concerns the collection, transport and treatment of municipal waste from Sector 4 in the City of Wrocław. The contractor must provide containers, bags, waste collection and transport services, handling of bulky waste, bio-waste, expired medicines, needles and syringes, street-cleaning waste collected by special systems, reporting, emergency interventions, and container leasing for up to 2 months after service completion. The contract also includes annual recovery targets and related reporting. To participate, the bidder must have the required waste-register entries and permits, proven experience in large municipal waste contracts, a suitable depot, the required fleet and at least 51 staff members, including qualified drivers and a qualified environmental specialist. Financial capacity is also required: at least PLN 16,500,000 in funds or credit capacity, a quick liquidity ratio above 1.0, and a solvency ratio above 1.0. The bidder must submit the relevant certificates, lists of services, staff and equipment, and financial documents when requested.
