Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for preliminary soil studies, geotechnical studies, pollution diagnostics and hydrogeological studies on land intended for construction, rehabilitation and/or development projects carried out by Gironde Habitat. The contract will be performed through purchase orders and paid at unit prices. The estimated value is EUR 1,260,000. The award criteria are 50% technical value and 50% price. The framework agreement may be awarded to up to 3 operators. E-invoicing is required.
