Framework agreement - regular inspection of lift installations in accordance with TRBS 3121

Summary

The tender concerns the regular inspection of 80 lift installations in Essen in accordance with TRBS 3121. The work must be carried out about every two weeks, i.e. 2 inspections per month for each installation. This is a 1-year framework agreement that may be extended by another 12 months; the contract ends automatically no later than after 48 months. The bidder must take into account insurance, references for similar work, and, where relevant, the use of subcontractors or the capacities of other companies.
