The tender concerns security services for the National Health Insurance Fund’s sites in two lots: Lot 1 covers unarmed physical guarding of NHIF premises, and Lot 2 covers alarm-based guarding and maintenance of security systems at NHIF premises. Lot 1 includes daytime guarding, access control on working days, and mobile support if needed. Lot 2 includes central alarm monitoring, preventive maintenance, repair and servicing of alarm, video surveillance and access control systems, plus delivery and installation of spare parts when needed. To participate, the bidder must have the relevant private security licence for the lot concerned, meet the turnover requirement of at least EUR 1,600,000 for the last three completed financial years, show at least one similar assignment in the last three years, and for Lot 2 provide service specialists with the required professional competence. The winning bidder must submit supporting documents before contract signature. The notice also lists standard exclusion grounds such as criminal convictions, tax or social security debts, insolvency, conflicts of interest, false statements and serious past contract breaches.
