Framework agreement for legal advisory services

Summary

The tender concerns framework agreements for legal advisory services in seven separate lots. For each lot, two framework contractors will be appointed, the contract term is 24 months and it may be extended once for another 24 months. Participation requires compliance with turnover, insurance, reference and exclusion-related requirements, as well as the submission of the necessary declarations and evidence. Additional requirements under the Berlin procurement law apply, and bids must be submitted electronically.
