Framework arrangement for design consultancy services

Summary

The tender concerns design consultancy services for new-build, alteration and renovation projects, property companies and leased premises of the Pohjois-Pohjanmaa wellbeing services county. The procurement is divided into 16 lots, and bidders may submit an offer for one or more lots. Five framework suppliers will be selected for each lot, unless fewer qualified bidders are available. The total estimated value of all lots combined is up to EUR 3,000,000 excluding VAT. The framework agreement runs for two years, with a possible two-year option extension. E-invoicing and electronic submission are required.
