Communication and marketing services: procurement of a production partner

Summary

The tender concerns a framework arrangement for communication and marketing services for Fintraffic group companies. The contract is divided into six lots: video production, photography, text production, graphic production and annual report, social media training/consulting/content production, and podcast production. The framework agreement runs for 2 years, with one optional 1-year extension and then a second optional 1-year extension. Internal purchases above EUR 60,000 will be competed under the framework model; below EUR 60,000 the contracting authority may either choose the most suitable supplier or run a competition under the framework model.
