Finland – Construction supervision services – Supervision service for building services works 2026–2028 (1 + 1 years)

Summary

The tender concerns supervision services for building services works in construction projects of the City of Lohja and related companies. The supervisor must monitor, check and document compliance with laws, good construction practice, standards and the contract, including electrical works supervision. Work is carried out on site on average 1–3 times per week, with meetings, reporting and a response time of one working day to a call. The contract runs for two years with two one-year options, and two framework agreement suppliers will be selected in ranked order.
