Summary

The tender concerns the property maintenance services needed by Kiinteistö Oy Helsingin Toimitilat at three sites in Helsinki: Salomonkatu 8, Apollonkatu 12 and Minervankatu 3. The service covers the maintenance of buildings, outdoor areas and technical systems, as well as the management, coordination and supervision of maintenance. At the Salomonkatu 8 site, the service also includes warranty-period supervision tasks. The contracting authority may additionally order roof snow removal and the removal of snow piles. The bidder should note that partial bids by site are not allowed and that a site visit is a mandatory condition for submitting a tender.
