The tender concerns the renewal of apartment and common-area locking systems to electromechanical systems at nine Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy sites, in accordance with the tender documents. The work is divided into four lots, and one bidder may be awarded a maximum of two lots. The contract will be awarded to the bidder that meets the suitability and minimum requirements and offers the lowest total price. The works will be carried out under YSE conditions.
