Summary

The tender concerns design and construction preparation services for the comprehensive renovation of Kilpinen School. The assignment covers architectural, structural and building services design (HVAC and electrical) as well as coordination between these disciplines. The solutions must be prepared for an existing school building, taking into account that teaching will continue in part during the works.
