Finland – Network software package for internet and intranet use – procurement of Citrix licences

Summary

The tender concerns renewal of Citrix UHMC licences for Meidän IT ja talous Oy’s remote access services for its customer-owners. The licences are procured with related support and maintenance services for a five-year period from 30 September 2026 to 29 September 2031, billed annually. The contract may also allow a transition to the Citrix Flex licensing model during the contract period, with licences and related capacity procured as a service via Azure Marketplace from Citrix Azure capacity. The scope also covers rights to products obtained through Citrix desktop and application virtualisation licences, including XenServer, Unicon, Secure Private Access (SPA), uberAgent and Netscaler, with the manufacturer’s support services.
