Summary

The tender concerns emergency camera surveillance for incidents and events in the interest of safety and public order. The work includes renting emergency camera equipment with the necessary components, monitoring the equipment, supplying a temporary video management system on an as-needed basis, and cooperating with the supplier of the regular camera surveillance contract so that the emergency cameras become part of the regular camera network. Work in public space is also required: installing and removing cameras, connecting them to existing lighting poles for power, obtaining permits, and coordinating with third parties. The maximum value of the framework agreement is EUR 5,600,000 excluding VAT, including unilateral extension options and indexation.
