Finland – Installation services (except software) – Welding work and test equipment construction in a research environment

Summary

The tender concerns the individual manufacture of test equipment related to VTT research, including welding work for hydrogen research electrolyzers, welding of piping and ducting, especially stainless acid-resistant steel, and the manufacture of metal structures and prototypes together with related installation work. Services are ordered according to VTT’s needs when equipment construction or maintenance is underway. The estimated contract volume is EUR 60,000–200,000 per year and the maximum value over the contract period is EUR 800,000. VTT will select up to three service providers for a two-year framework agreement, followed by two optional one-year extension periods.
