The tender concerns the development of an architectural and scenographic concept for the year-round indoor experience world “Feenstein” in Saalfeld. The solution is to be based on the conversion and refurbishment of a former confectionery building and should combine the themes of nature, mining, magic and fantasy. The aim is to create an attractive, repeatable family experience space, especially for visitors with children aged about 4–12, including entrance, reception, shop, catering, sanitary facilities, staff areas, storage and technical rooms. The estimated investment is about EUR 3.8 million net.
