Design of the Kemi swimming hall

Summary

The tender concerns the design of the Kemi swimming hall and related architecture, construction, engineering and site supervision services. The work is divided into seven sub-areas: principal design including BIM coordination, architecture, structural design, foundation and ground engineering, HVAC with life-cycle design, electrical design, and water treatment systems. A bidder may submit an offer for one or more sub-areas. One service provider will be selected for each sub-area. The award criterion is the lowest target price.
