Certificate Authority services for GÉANT Trusted Certificate Service

Summary

The tender concerns the procurement of a managed certificate service and certificate infrastructure for GÉANT Trusted Certificate Service (TCS) against an annual fee. The service provider must be able to issue and manage publicly trusted TLS certificates, S/MIME certificates and IGTF-compliant certificate profiles, provide a certificate management portal or API, support SAML-based identity vetting and automated certificate management, and deliver ongoing technical and policy updates. The scope also includes all operational support, documentation and processes needed for GÉANT and the NRENs to use the service within their federated service model.
