Design, development and management of a Port Community System

Summary

The tender concerns the design, development and maintenance of a Port Community System called the North Sea Portal for North Sea Port Netherlands N.V. The platform must provide a single user-oriented access point for the port community to streamline nautical logistics processes, related digital services and information exchange. The contract covers both implementation and subsequent management and further development of the platform. The implementation phase will be completed with acceptance by the contracting authority, after which the management and maintenance phase will start and the agreed service levels will apply.
