Summary

The tender concerns maintenance and support services for Dublin City Council’s existing Sydney Coordinated Adaptive Traffic System (SCATS) installation. The work covers remote troubleshooting, support and troubleshooting for SCATS upgrades, on-site support, emergency response times, software patching and version upgrades, and documentation updates.
