Framework agreement for environmental technical design services 2026–2028 (2029–2030)

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of environmental permit and water permit applications, planning of soil investigations and sampling and analysis of soil samples, planning, supervision and reporting of investigations and remediation of contaminated soil and sediment, geotechnical design of fill areas, and environmental supervision in accordance with permit decisions. The procurement is divided into seven lots, and the bidder may submit a tender for one, several or all lots. The named persons must, where necessary, take part in practical implementation, design work and meetings. All related plans must be prepared in Finnish. The framework agreement runs for an initial 2 years, after which the contracting authority may use a 2-year option; in any case, it ends no later than 4 years after the framework agreement enters into force or earlier if the maximum value of EUR 12,000,000 is reached.
