The tender concerns framework agreements for medicines, which Amgros I/S intends to use to supply the hospital pharmacies of its regions and, if needed, also the Faroe Islands and Greenland. The framework agreements are non-exclusive, there is no purchase obligation, and the regional hospital pharmacies are not obliged to use Amgros’ framework agreements.
