Summary

The tender concerns the processing of paper archives, their transfer for preservation and their lawful destruction. The contractor must arrange both the transfer of archives to be preserved to the Utrecht Archives and the destruction, or preparation for destruction, of files that are due for disposal under the archive selection list. The machine-readable notice did not include precise qualification, exclusion or compliance requirements; these must be checked in the tender documents.
