The tender concerns the delivery of coaching trajectories for team development according to the needs of each team. The aim is to create a culture centred on ownership, a clear direction and constructive feedback. The work is carried out in consultation with the team leader and the team. A total of 21 trajectories are planned within a maximum contract duration of 8 years.
