Summary
The tender concerns security services for a reception accommodation site. Security staff must control access and registration, monitor live camera images, act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, suppliers and the press, carry out fire, closing and general rounds, and support the enforcement of house rules and sanctions when requested. They must also act decisively and de-escalate incidents and irregularities, perform the role of site chief emergency response officer until emergency services take over, receive emergency services at the site, and support daily operations such as room visits, events and the reception of new residents. The current staffing requirement is 310.5 hours per week, with two security guards on duty 24/7 throughout the year, but on Monday, Wednesday and Friday the staffing is reduced to one guard in the morning and afternoon periods.
