Medicines – Lipegfilgrastim

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of, or a framework agreement for the supply of, medicines containing lipegfilgrastim under an Open House procedure. Techniker Krankenkasse intends to conclude the contract with all suitable pharmaceutical companies on uniform terms; there are no individual negotiations and no exclusivity is granted. The contract term is up to 24 months starting on 01/07/2026 and ends no later than 30/06/2028, regardless of the contract award date. If the patent term or market exclusivity ends earlier, the contract ends automatically at the end of that month.
