Procurement of a traffic light central control system

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and service-based operation of a traffic light central control system for the City of Helsinki. The new system will replace one of the city’s existing central traffic light control systems, and about 100 of the contracting authority’s current control units will be connected during the delivery project. The target is to connect a significantly larger share of traffic light units during the contract period if the system meets the contracting authority’s needs. The expected optimal lifecycle of the system is at least 8–10 years.
