Framework agreement for Chartered Engineer and consultancy services for the Defective Concrete Blocks Grant Scheme

Summary

The tender concerns establishing a framework agreement for suitably qualified and competent Chartered Engineers to survey, assess, sample, test and categorise dwellings in accordance with I.S. 465:2018+A1:2020 and its updated version. The bidder must be able to provide the required specialist skills either with its own resources or through sub-consultants. The framework agreement will run for 2 years and may be extended at the authority’s discretion by a further 2 years, for a maximum total duration of 4 years. Up to 8 participants may be admitted to the framework, and work orders are not guaranteed.
