General planning for the enhancement of Haus des Gastes in Dahme

Summary

The tender concerns general planning services for the project to enhance the attractiveness of the “Haus des Gastes” in the municipality of Dahme. The existing building is to be comprehensively renovated, functionally reorganised and modernised in technical and energy terms. The aim is to secure and strengthen the “Haus des Gastes” as the municipality’s central tourist point of contact in the long term. The works include in particular the modernisation of the existing building structure, the restoration and functional upgrading of the theatre hall, and the consolidation of the Tourismus-Service Dahme facilities currently spread across several locations.
