Municipal technical planning expert services DPS 2026–2031

Summary

The tender concerns the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the procurement of expert services in municipal technical design and planning. Interested companies or consortia may submit a request to participate throughout the lifetime of the DPS. Contracts will later be competed within the DPS through separate internal competitions, which may take place during the entire procurement period. The exact scope of the service is described in the request to participate and its annexes; the total estimated value of the DPS is up to EUR 7,500,000 excluding VAT.
