Summary

The tender concerns audit and assurance services for the Caruna Group and its companies. The service includes audit services, prospectus updates, assurance of the Green Bond investor report, assurance of the sustainability-linked KPI metrics for the RCF investment credit facility, review of the remuneration fund of Caruna Network Oy, and additional assurance services. The bidder must have access to an audit network or a partner’s staff resources in the Netherlands and Ireland. A more detailed description is provided in Annex 1 of the tender documents.
