Guarding services

Summary

The tender concerns guarding services for HSY water and waste management sites in Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa. The service includes on-site guarding, patrol guarding and alarm response guarding. The bidder must have its own alarm centre operating 24/7/365 and must be able to use and maintain its own technical aids or technical aids handed over to it. Bidders must take part in a presentation arranged by the contracting authority, and part of the tender information is available only on request and after submitting a confidentiality commitment.
