Summary

The tender concerns technology transfer services for the commercialisation of research results under a framework agreement. The contractor must be able to cover the full innovation process: idea screening, DOFI assessment, management of intellectual property rights, application support, execution of pilot and verification activities, market and customer analysis, business development, licensing and contract follow-up, and the establishment and early scaling of spin-outs.
