Summary
The tender concerns a study on achieving energy neutrality for wastewater treatment plants with a pollution load of at least 10,000 population equivalents. The study must assess sludge quantities and use, compare technical solutions such as sludge digestion for biogas production, incineration and pyrolysis, estimate energy consumption, energy production and greenhouse gas impacts, review the share of self-produced energy already achieved by 2025, and propose technically feasible solutions for Estonia, including equipment purchase, installation and operating costs. The bidder must provide a team with at least four roles and demonstrate relevant experience for each role.
