Summary

The tender concerns user outreach, community engagement and domain expertise services in support of the Copernicus Energy and Health Hubs. The work includes project management and coordination, support for stakeholder representation, community-building and outreach activities, and the creation, curation and maintenance of scientific and thematic content. A single framework agreement will be awarded for a maximum of 18 months, with services expected to start in January 2027. Tenders must be submitted through ECMWF’s eProcurement Portal.
