Managed services for multifunction printers and printers including supplies, management and maintenance

Summary

The tender concerns managed print services for the Municipality of Tilburg and the participating Municipality of Dongen. The contractor must provide multifunction printers and printers with accessories and take care of their management, maintenance, support and the necessary software. This is not a purchase, supply, rental, lease or transfer of ownership. The indicative scope is about 94 devices and around 2.3 million black-and-white prints and 0.95 million colour prints per year; these figures are indicative only. The contract will run for an initial period of five years with the option to extend up to five times by one year each.
