Urban planning and landscape architecture services for the Brackwede green space band

Summary

The tender concerns the design of the Brackwede green space band in Bielefeld. It is a restricted design competition under RPW 2013 with a preselection stage. The project covers about 4.13 hectares and includes Kirchplatz, Treppenplatz, Treppenstraße and Stadtparks I and II. The city has net construction costs of EUR 6.5 million for cost group 500. The winner may be invited to negotiations and, if the project is implemented, the planning services are intended to continue at least through service phase 5, with an optional extension up to phase 9.
